In a press release issued in Karachi, festival organizers revealed that the event will continue its tradition of hosting a diverse selection of food stalls offering both sweet and savory treats. A highlight of the festival’s evolution over the past 11 years is the increasing participation of home-based vendors, comprising nearly 75 percent of the stalls this year, a testament to the festival’s commitment to empowering small businesses and home chefs.
A new addition to this year’s festivities is the Bringing Emerging Artists Together (BEAT) Festival, a musical event designed to showcase Pakistan’s emerging and undiscovered musical talent. Omer Omari, the CEO of the Eat Festival, emphasized the festival’s dedication to providing a platform for young musicians eager to prove their mettle, mirroring the success of Karachi Eat in launching the careers of aspiring chefs.
With an impressive lineup of 120 eateries. The fusion of culinary delights and captivating musical performances aims to unite the city, offering attendees a chance to savor the creativity and talent of participating eateries and foodpreneurs.
Adding an extra layer of excitement, Eat Food Pakistan has introduced EATSAPP, a food discovery platform extending beyond the festival. This platform allows users to rate, review, and discover new eateries throughout the year, enhancing the festival experience for food enthusiasts.
Notably, the festival commemorates the success of its second season of “Beginnings with Us,” a competition where home chefs vie for a coveted spot at Karachi Eat.
