Pakistan celebrates a proud achievement as Rawalpindi Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) and Superintendent of Police (SP) Beenish Fatima earns the ‘2024 IACP 40 Under 40’ award from the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). Fatima is the only Pakistani officer selected for this prestigious award, which highlights young leaders excelling in law enforcement.
At the award ceremony held in Boston, USA, 40 officers under the age of 40 were honoured. Fatima stood out for her remarkable leadership and dedication to public service in Rawalpindi. The IACP recognized her for her innovative work, commitment to community safety, and excellence in policing.
The IACP President personally handed over the award to Fatima, applauding her dedication. According to the IACP, the 40 Under 40 Award celebrates officers who demonstrate exceptional leadership and service to their communities.

Punjab Police shared their excitement on their official X account: “Proud moment for Pakistan! SP Beenish Fatima, working as Chief Traffic Officer Rawalpindi, is the only one in Pakistan selected for this award.”
Additionally, Punjab’s Inspector General of Police, Dr. Usman Anwar, expressed his pride, stating: “SP Beenish Fatima is a valuable asset to Punjab Police.”
