Google Bard Can Now Watch YouTube Videos and Answer Your Queries

TECHNOLOGY

Google Bard, the competitor of ChatGPT, has recently received a new update in its features. It can now watch YouTube videos and answer questions related to those videos. This remarkable development has unfolded at a time when YouTube is planning to launch its own bard; however, it is still in the process.

Google Bard is linked to different platforms such as Google, Gmail, and Google Drive by linking AI with extensions. With the recent development, it can now be linked to YouTube. This will be beneficial in obtaining summaries of long videos and assist in locating videos from search traffic.

Moreover, it will be helpful in retrieving information that one might have missed during the video. For instance, a YouTube video lecture on IT or any technical information, such as how to download software. Google Bard can answer queries of this nature and save people essential time.

These innovations aim to increase information accessibility for each individual. However, similar to other AI devices, Bard also has some flaws that require improvement. During tests, it was found that Bard occasionally confused information between conversations. Therefore, significant attention is needed to improve the AI technology.

Consequently, it was found that Bard was unable to function for videos that lacked captions. It might be possible that Bard would not work for videos without captions.
